Cincinnati Realtor Linda Kunkel appears on HGTV’s House Hunters

 

Linda Kunkel, a seasoned Cincinnati real estate agent, was featured on HGTV's highly acclaimed reality show, House Hunters. The Columbia Tusculum resident and associate with Coldwell Banker West Shell, will be the agent who helps a single young professional looking to purchase her first home.

 

In each House Hunters episode, the participating buyer(s) are required to choose between three different properties, weighing the pros and cons of each. The episode follows Linda and Ashley Meuser, who is looking for the perfect home on a limited budget.

 

For Linda, who has been selling homes for over 12 years, the experience was a thrill. "I love House Hunters and the HGTV network. I’m happy that the episode captured my real estate expertise as well as the relationships I build and maintain with my clients." The episode was filmed in over five days in September.

 

Linda Kunkel was highlighted on the episode as a knowledgeable, honest, and customer-centric agent. Linda says buying and selling homes can be an overwhelming experience, and her role is to make the transaction seamless for her clients. The episode is planned to air in the Spring of 2018.
